Carla Brandt offers three decades of extraordinary success in a series of high level roles at top tier companies that include The Real Estate Council Inc. and The Arthritis Foundation.  Carla Brandt has also successfully managed 8 international projects for various accounting projects in Africa, Cuba, Columbia, Dubai, India, Singapore, and Syria requiring her to utilize her skills in Finance, Forensics Accounting and Financial Accounting.  Carla’s invaluable expertise and broad business range have powered a history of developing successful process improvements that drive productivity, reliability, and client satisfaction.  Such traits have consistently enabled Carla to achieve an impressive command of the skills needed to manage ongoing business planning processes while developing strategies to meet future challenges.

With a forte for successfully building strong teams and holding a key role leading all facets of finance and strategy, Ms. Brandt has successfully positioned herself as a leading expert with respect to the application of best business and finance practices contributing to the following successes:

  • Maintains accountability for the preparation of all financial statements, preparation of tax filings, and administration of budgets and cash flow.  Also, executes responsibility for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and database management.
  • Credited with designing and implementing a budget system.  Spearheaded the design and deployment of internal controls and led a conversion of accounting to SQL software.
  • Oversees all facets of Human Resources for the organization, with authority over HR policy and procedure development, as well as the hiring and onboarding of new employees.
